Zusammenfassung
Eine Nachuntersuchung von 97 operativ behandelten Fermurfrakturen ergibt für 64% der Fälle gute und befriedigende Resultate. 22% mäßige und 14% schlechte Ergebnisse sind in erster Linie den komplizierten supra- und supradiakondylären Bruchformen anzulasten. Die Stabilisierung bei den in über der Hälfte der Fälle polytraumatisierten Patienten erfolgte zu 83% mit der Kondylenplatte.
Abstract
In a follow-up of 97 operated distal femoral fractures good and statisfactory results were found in 64% of the cases. 22% unsatis-factory and 14% poor findings attribute mainly to the comminuted supracondylar fracture types. More than half of the patients were multiple injured. In 83% of the cases the internal fixation was obtained by the use of the condyle buttress plate.
