Zusammenfassung
Es wird über die konservative Behandlung einer isolierten Luxationsfraktur des Os trapezium berichtet: Mittels Dauerextension des Daumens im Gipsverband über sechs Wochen ließ sich die instabile Fraktur mit gutem Ergebnis zur Ausheilung bringen.
Abstract
Conservative management in case of a rarely observed fracture dislocation of the trapezium is reported: Pertinent extension of the thumb in Plaster of Paris (POP) for more than six weeks effected consolidation and healing of the unstable fracture.
