Zusammenfassung

Replantationen der unteren Extremität sind im Vergleich zur oberen Extremität seltener. Bei einem fünfjährigen Kind wurde eine Unterschenkelreplantation durchgeführt. Wir berichten über das frühfunktionelle Ergebnis acht Monate nach dem Unfall.

Abstract

Replantation of the lower extremity is rare compared to replantation of the upper extremity. We report about a successful replantation of a lower limb in a five year old child.
