Zusammenfassung

Zur Verbesserung der Weichteildeckung nach einer traumatisch bedingten transmetatarsalen Vorfußamputation kann mit guter Erfolgsaussicht ein distal gestielter Insellappen aus dem Musculus extensor digitorum brevis agewandt werden.

Abstract

To improve the soft tissue coverage of a transmetatarsal amputation stump a distally based extensor digitorum brevis island flap has been used.
