Zusammenfassung

Komplikationen unter der Thromboembolieprophylaxe mit Heparin-Dihydroergotamin zwingen dazu, die Anwendungsbe-schränkungen und die Gegenanzeigen zu beachten. Die Patientenaufklärung und die ständige klinische Kontrolle während der HDHE-Medikation erscheinen unverzichtbar. Eine ausreichende Heparinisierung in Verbindung mit entsprechender Lagerung des Patienten und frühfunktioneller Nachbehandlung stellen die weitaus risikoärmere Thromboembolieprophylaxe dar.

Abstract

The possibility of complications during the thrombembolic prophylaxis with Heparin-Dihydroergotamin requests the observance of the application and the contraindications. The information of the patients and the continuous clinical control are absolutely necessary. The thrombembolic prophylaxis with less risk is given in a sufficient medication with Heparin in connection with early active exercising and correct positioning of the patient.
