Резуме

Описывается конструкция нового типа зенит-телескола с горизонтальной трубой, ртутным горизонтом, комбинированнным с жестким зеркалом, и с поворотным зеркалом, заменяющим окулярный микрометр. Применение системы ртутный горизонт—жесткое зеркало к инструменту типа зенит-телескопа осуществлено впервые. Инструмент предназначен прежде всего для применения способа Талькотта. Для этого способа и даются формулы для всех редукций и поправок, татже как и оценка влияний отдельных источников инструментальных погрешностей. Сообщаутся резулятаты предварителяных исследований первого образца нового инструмента, построенного автором.
