Sigmoidocervical fistula complicating diverticulitis: Report of a case and review of the literature

Summary

Four cases of sigmoidocervical fistula are reviewed and an additional case is presented. Causal factors and methods of diagnosis and treatment are discussed. One-stage resection is the best procedure for the goodrisk patient.
