Zusammenfassung

Es wird über den seltenen Fall eines kompletten Ureterabrisses infolge indirekter Gewalteinwirkung berichtet und unter Hinzuziehung anderer Publikationen der Verletzungsmechanismus diskutiert. Die besonderen Probleme dieser Verletzung bezüglich Diagnostik und Versorgung werden erörtert. Bei jedem polytraumatisierten Patienten mit Beteiligung des Körperstammes ist das Urogramm als Basisdiagnostik zum frühestmöglichen Zeitpunkt unentbehrlich.

Abstract

We report a rare case of complete ureteric avulsion as the result of indirect force and discuss the mechanism of injury in the light of relevant literature. The special problems of this injury with regard to diagnosis and therapy are explored. Every polytraumatized patient with involvement of the trunk should have an IVA at the earliest possible moment as a basic investigation.
