Zusammenfassung
Die Versorgung pathologischer Extremitätenfrakturen wird bei 53 Patienten der Chirurgischen Universitätsklinik Tübingen im Hinblick auf Frakturursache, operative Therapie und Prognose analysiert. Primäres Behandlungsziel ist die Verbesserung oder Erhaltung der Lebensqualität. Gelenknahe Frakturen werden durch endoprothetischen Gelenkersatz versorgt. Durch Einführung der Verbundosteosynthese ist praktisch jede Fraktur technisch stabilisierbar geworden. Konservative Behandlungsmaßnahmen erscheinen nur noch in der Finalphase gerechtfertigt.
Abstract
The treatment of pathological bone fractures will be analysed by 53 patients of the Surgical Clinic of the University of Tübingen in view of fractures reason, operative providing and prognosis. The first aim consist in correction or preservation of live quality. Fractures nearly joints can be treated by endoprothetics. With the help of compound osteosynthesis most fractures can be stabilized. Conservative treatment only in final phase is legitimated.
