Zusammenfassung
Arthrodese und Arthrolyse besitzen als Alternativoperationen auch heute noch ihren Wert zur Funktionsverbesserung geschädigter Gelenke. Ihre Indikation ist von lokalen Verhältnissen der Verletzungsregion und von Ausmaß der Erkrankung, d.h. ein-oder doppelseitige Gelenkbeteiligung, abhängig.
Abstract
Actually, arthrodesis and arthrolysis are still valuable as alternative surgical methods in order to improve the functions of damaged joints. Their indication depends upon the local conditions in the traumatized region and the extent of the disease, i.e. uni-or bilateral joint lesion.
