Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

    Es wird ein Fall von beidseitiger Synostosis talonavicularis linksseitiger Synostose von Metatarsale III und IV über Cuneiforme II mit dem Naviculare bzw. Talus mit Fehlen des Cuboids und des Cuneiforme III beiderseits, des Cuneiforme II rechts beschrieben.

  2. 2.

    Es handelt sich bei dieser Mißbildung beider Füße mit größter Wahrscheinlichkeit um eine endogene Hemmungsmißbildung, für die der 2. Embryonalmonat als teratogenetischer Terminationspunkt verantwortlich zu machen ist.
