Abstract
The Mermin-Ho texture of a superfluid3He A-phase confined in a rotating cylinder is studied. The case of a strong magnetic field applied along a cylinder axis is considered. Thel andd textures are determined as a function of the angular velocity ω of the rotation for two standpoints: one is the netl momentum being observable and the other is not. The lowest transverse NMR frequencies of the spin wave mode are calculated from the obtainedl andd configurations for the both standpoints. From the result we can expect to solve the intrinsicl momentum problem.
