Gaussian model of vortex tangle in superfluid turbulent HeII

Abstract

Using the structure parameters of the vortex tangle (VT) known from experiments we constructed the trial distribution function in space of vortex loops, which enables us to calculate any averaged depended on vortex line configuration. As an example we discuss superfluid current density created by the VT.
