Abstract

This final installment of Arderne's Treatise discusses hemorrhoids—the symptoms, pathology, medical and surgical management. A brief discussion of tenesmus and rectal prolapse concludes this presentation. Because of space limitations, that portion of the text on clysters and various medicaments has been deleted.
