Abstract
Structural analyses have been performed on the triacylglycerols and phosphoglycerides isolated from adipose tissue, serum chylomicrons, and serum lipoproteins from pigs. The triacylglycerols from adipose tissue contained mainly palmitate esterified at the 2 position of the glycerol moiety, whereas those from the serum had predominately
