Zusammenfassung

Wir verichten über den Fall einer hohen Spinalanästhesie, als Komplikation der “posterioren” Blockade des Ganglion stellatum. Dank des vorhandenen Monitoring und der Reanimationsmöglichkeiten erholte sich der Patient vollständig. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, daß Lokalanästhesietechniken mit akuten, lebensbedrohlichen Komplikationen verbunden sein können und deswegen nur unter kontrollierten Bedingungen durchzuführen sind.
