Abstract
The paper addresses the problem of accumulation of the sediments transported to the port of Ust-Dunaisk by the Danube river and from the shallow offing of the Zhebrian Bay. Numerical data are presented which are derived through the use of a three-dimensional hydrolithodynamic model. Recommendations on protection of the area from bed load accumulation are given.
