Abstract
Spherical particles of zirconium phosphate ion-exchanger have been prepared by the conversion of hydrous zirconia prepared by the sol-gel method. Some physicochemical properties, stabilities and sorptions of 1–4-valent cations have been studied and compared with those of amorphous zirconium phosphate powder.
