Abstract
The extraction of HBr and UO2Br2 by solutions of trioctylphosphine oxide in cyclohexane and chloroform was examined. From distribution data it was concluded that bisolvates HBr·2 TOPO and UO2Br2·2 TOPO were extracted, and the formation of CHCl3 TOPO complex is indicated. The corresponding concentrations quotients were calculated.
