Operationsprinzip

Wesentliche Voraussetzungen für einen positiven Langzeiteffekt der Synovektomie sind:

  1. 1.

    Die Radikalität der Synovektomie, mit dem Ziel, soviel als möglich vom erkrankten Gewebe zu entfernen.

  2. 2.

    Eine atraumatische Operationstechnik, die die wesentlichen anatomischen Strukturen intakt läßt oder geschädigte Strukturen bestmöglich wiederherstellt.
