Dependence of lanthanide peak position on eluant pH

Abstract

A simple relationship expressing the dependence of elution peak position shifts on change in eluant pH is developed for rare-earth ion-exchange separations using α-hydroxy-isobutyric,a-hydroxya-methyl butyric and lactic acids as eluants.
