X-Ray radiometric analysis of the element composition of materials

Abstract

Methods and equipments developed for X-ray radiometric analysis at the Central Research Institute for Mineral Raw Materials are described. The main advantages of X-ray radiometry compared with X-ray spectral analysis are discussed.
