Operationsprinzip
Die Flexionsfraktur des distalen Radius stellt eine instabile Fraktur dar. Der Muskeltonus der Finger- und Handgelenksbeuger ist höher als derjenige der Strecker. Deshalb kann diese Fraktur nur in einer anatomischen Position retiniert werden, wenn die dislozierende Kraft der Beugemuskulatur “neutralisiert” wird. Dazu verwenden wir eine palmar liegende Abstützplatte.
