Operationsprinzip
Zugang nach Crawford et al. (1982) [1] (sogenannter Cincinnati-Zugang) zur vollständigen medialen, dorsalen und lateralen Darstellung des Rück- und Mittelfußes mit anschließender Korrektur der Fehlstellungen im Talokalkanealgelenk, Talonavikulargelenk und Kalkaneokuboidgelenk (“subtalarer Gelenkkomplex”): Beseitigung der fehlerhaften Rotation zwischen Kalkaneus und Talus mit gleichzeitiger Reposition des talonavikularen und kalkaneokuboidalen Gelenks. Retention der Korrekturstellung nach Wundverschluß im Oberschenkelgipsverband. Bei ausgeprägter Klumpfußfehlstellung kann eine zusätzliche temporäre Kirschner-Draht-Fixation des Talonavikulargelenks sowie des Kalkaneotalargelenks zweckmäßig sein.
