Operationsprinzip

Über einen dorsoradialen oder-ulnaren Zugang wird eine Derotationsosteotomie zwischen der proximalen Metaphyse und Diaphyse eines Metakarpalknochens durchgeführt. Übungsstabile Osteosynthese der Fragmente mit Kleinfragmentimplantaten der AO. Eine etwaige Verkürzung eines Metakarpalknochens wird durch Fragmentdistraktion und Interposition eines autogenen, kortikospongiösen Beckenkammspanes ausgeglichen.
