Optical characterization of selective SnO2 films by a thermodynamical method
A method is proposed to determine the optical behaviour of selective SnO2 films by thermal measurements. A least-squares approximation performed on the experimental data allows us to evaluate the film plasma frequency as well as the spectral reflectivityR λ. The consistency of the method has been tested with spectrophotometrical measurements.
