Paraconic pendulum: Proposal to detect the gravity screening effect during the full solar eclipse

Summary

The possibility to detect Allais effect by the paraconic pendulum with the needle and ball suspension is considered. Foucalt force and friction force are estimated with the conclusion to use the ball suspension system for pendulum.
