An analysis of the morphological and spectral behaviour of the gamma-ray bursts

Summary

We investigate by a statistical analysis possible correlations among the observational parameters of the γ-ray bursts: the rise time, the decay time and spectral hardness. We discuss the physical constraints implied by the results.

Vengono ricercate attraverso un'analisi statistica possibili correlazioni tra i seguenti parametri osservativi dei brillamenti gamma di origine cosmica (γ-bursts): tempo di salita, tempo di decadimento e durezza spettrale. Si discute l'interpretazione fisica dei risultati dell'analisi.

Используя статистический анализ, мы исследуем возможные корреляции между наблюдаемыми параметрами γ-вспышек: время возникновения, время затухания и спектральный состав. Мы обсуждаем физические ограничения, налагаемые полученными результатами.
