Summary

This report covers 86 papers presented in HE4 and HE5 sessions of the XXIV ICRC. The topics of the papers are atmospheric muons and neutrinos, muon bundles, horizontal air showers, «muon astronomy», neutrino oscillations, high-energy neutrinos and neutrinos from collapsing stars.
