Abstract

The effect of temperature on the spectra of anharmonic vibrations of complexes with symmetric H-bonds was simulated and considered using H3O2 and H5O2 + ions as an example. The intensity of continuous absorption observed in the IR spectra of such types of complexes is virtually independent of temperature.
