Optimization of antenna construction by a combined method

Abstract

A combination of analytic and numerical methods is used to obtain the quasi-sector radiation characteristic of an antenna with minimum pulsations. The sidelobes and size of the antenna are also minimized by optimization. The results of computer calculations are presented graphically.
