Abstract
We consider the, possibility of designing reconfigurable systems for increasing the confidence in control and measurement apparatus using natural redundancy. We present necessary conditions for design of such systems from theviewpoint of control capability, an algorithm for synthesis of recofigurable systems, and an example of a design for a system for measuring time intervals.
