Relative information in the problem of controlling failure-free systems with data from components

Abstract

We consider the problem of determining conformity of a system to stated requirements by using data from components with allowance for their freedom from failure. We obtain relations for determination of the sizes of autonomous tests and the lower confidence bound for the probability of failure-free operation.
