Simple algorithm for determining low-frequency fluctuation components of the frequency of a self-oscillator

Abstract

An algorithm is proposed for processing the results of measurements of the frequency of self-oscillators using a frequency meter, making it possible to determine the root-mean-square deviation of low-frequency centered fluctuations in frequency on a background of nonsteady-state variations.
