Checking the optical transparency of a system of successively arranged diaphragms

Abstract

A method is proposed for checking the optical transparency of a channel formed by a series of apertures and a device for implementing the method is described. The results of mathematical simulation of this method in the form of the main statistical characteristics of the channel transparency as a function of the maximum aperture misalignment are reported.
