Abstract

Various applications are described for a Linnik tomographic microscope to biological and engineering phase objects. An interferometric microscope has been applied to human lymphocytes and to the measurement of birefringence on rabbit muscle fibers, as well as in nondestructive quality testing on microlens rasters and embossed holograms.
