Abstract

The proposed procedure is used to calculate the characteristics of Neumann-Pearson sign detectioin for Swerling models of “0,” “2,” and “4” signals in nonstationary noise fluxes with arbitrary distribution laws. Analysis of the quality characteristics of the Neumann-Pearson sign detector shows that its noise immunity is higher than that of its classical analogs.
