Abstract
Procedures are considered for creating small and microminiature transducers of source information having a digital output by utilizing modern methods of integrated technology, achievements in the areas of micromechanics, fiber-optic and laser engineering. One promising approach is based on using electromechanical systems of the compensation type operating in a self-oscillating regime.
