Abstract
An analysis is made of measuring instruments used to study turbulent flows of water. A list is given of the main technical standards employed to design and use instruments for measuring variable temperature and to study their metrological characteristics. Descriptions are presented of standard measuring instruments and the method of certification used for the given measurement region. It is shown that it is necessary to create a working standard for the temperature unit of turbulent flows of water.
