Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

Abstract

An automated variant is proposed for a method of creating and adjusting matched pairs of flowmeters with the use of a help program. Electromagnetic flowmeters are used as an example to show the sequence of actions performed by the tester when adjusting the instruments with the help program. The testing and any subsequent necessary adjustment of the pair of flowmeters are also done by using a program and certain metrological and informational criteria described in the article.
