Conclusions

  1. 1.

    The grain-size composition of the blasted rock of the LGOK quarry at the +30, +15, and +0 m horizons for rocks of similar geological structure must be measured not at the surface of the rubble but at the working excavator face.

  2. 2.

    The yield of the +400 mm fraction can be used as a criterion of the fragment size in the conditions of the LGOK quarry.
