Summary
The enantiomeric separation of chiral drugs by capillary electrophoresis (CE) in nonaqueous system has been investigated. Successful separation of bepridil, ondansetron and pinacidil in formamide using β-cyclodextrin as chiral selector were achieved. The addition of triethylamine into the background electrolyte enhanced the enantiomeric discrimination.
