Abstract

Four recessive primordiumless mutants from anAmut Bmut strain ofCoprinus cinereus were crossed with wild-type strain. Segregation analysis of F1-progeny and complementation test showed that these mutations were controlled by 4 single recessive genes. All these genes were unlinked to both theA andB factors.
