Summary

The vitamin content of muscles of about 21/2 years old rainbow trouts (Salmo irideus) has been estimated microbiologically. The trouts were artificially cultivated from fry and exclusively nourished with fresh beef liver. Vitamin B1, B2, pp, pantothenic acid, B6, biotin, folic acid and B12 have been considered.
