Abstract
An ultrasonic immersion brain scanner is described and the method and results of examinations on 33 hospitalized patients are discussed. Reproduced in this article are scans, showing images most likely representing the inner skull-brain interface, the falx, 3rd ventricle, insula, and parts of the lateral ventricles, such as the anterior horns, bodies and trigones.

Un appareil explorateur à ultrasons pour la tête (immersion) est décrit et la méthode utilisée ainsi que les résultats d'examens faits sur 33 patients hospitalisés sont discutés. Reproduites dans cet article se trouvent des images représentant très probablement la superficie de contact de l'intérieur du crâne et du cerveau, la faux, le troisième ventricule, l'insula et des parties des ventricules latéraux, tels que les cornes antérieures, les corps et les trigones.
