Minimum realisations and modelling of biological systems

Abstract

A state variable model in the canonical form of Bucy is constructed from the given impulse response of a finite-dimensional, discrete-time, linear constant dynamical biological (arterial circulatory) system.

On a réalisé un modèle variable d'état de la forme canonique de Bucy à partir de la réponse impulsions d'un système (circulatoire artériel) biologique, dynamique, constant, linéaire, à temps discret, à dimensions limitées.

Zusammenfassung

Ein Modell mit Zustandsveränderlichen in der herkömmlichen Form von Bucy wurde aus der gegebenen Impulscharakteristik eines unendlich dimensionalen, linear konstanten, dynamisch biologischen Systems mit diskretem Zeitabstand (arterieller Blutkreislauf) gebaut.
