Automated biological assay of cholecystokinin

Abstract

This paper describes a modification of the superfusion technique for the bioassay of cholecystokinin in human serum. This allows samples to be applied automatically, thus greatly increasing the number of samples, the ease of performance of the assay and its clinical significance.

Cet exposé décrit une modification de la technique de surfusion pour l'essai biologique de la cholecystokinine dans le sérum humain. Ceci permet l'application automatique d'échantillons; ainsi le nombre d'échantillons se trouve augmenté, la conduite de l'essai devient plus facile et la signification clinique de cet essai est accrue.

Zusammenfassung

Diese Arbeit beschreibt eine Modifizierung der Superfusionstechnik zur biologischen Prüfung von Cholezystokinin im menschlichen Serum. Die Proben können automatisch verwendet werden, so daß eine starke Erhöhung der Probenzahl möglich ist, die Durchführung der Prüfung erleichtert wird und ihre klinische Bedeutung zunimmt.
