Isolierte β2A-Globulinmangel und partielles Antikörpermangelsyndromund partielles Antikörpermangelsyndrom

Zusammenfassung

Es wird der Fall eines fünfjährigen Knaben besprochen, dessen auffällig gesteigerte Empfänglichkeit für Infektionen mit isoliertem Mangel an β2A-Globulinmangel bzw. partiellem Mangel an zirkulierenden Antikörpern in Zusammenhang gebracht werden konnte. Quantitativ war der ψ-Globulintiter des Kindes normal bzw. erhöht, ein Teil des ψ-Globulins was jedoch bezüglich der Antigenstruktur vom Normalen abweichend. Ständige Prophylaxe mit ψ-Globulin erwies sich für die Infektionsabwehr als günstig.

Der besprochene Fall macht darauf aufmerksam, daß neben der “klassischen” Form des Antikörpermangelsyndroms, das meistens durch Mangel mehrerer Immunglobuline gekennzeichnet ist, auch «abortive” Formen mit isoliertem Mangel einzelner Immunglobuline vorkommen, bei denen die Unzulänglichkeit der Produktion an zirkulierenden Antikörpern sich nur auf bestimmte Antikörper bezieht.
