Veränderung des Fibrinogenniveaus im Anschluß an Austauschtransfusionen

Zusammenfassung

  1. 1.

    Der Fibrinogengehalt des Blutes 1–4 Tage alter Säuglinge mit Neugeborenenikterus bewegt sich an der oberren Grenze der bei gesunden Erwachsenen üblichen Werte.

  2. 2.

    Während des Blutaustausches wurde ein kontinuierliches Nachlassen der Fibrinogenkonzentration registriert.

  3. 3.

    Zu Ende der Austauschtransfusionen sank der Fibrinogengehalt des Blutes unter den Fibrinogenwert der zur Transfusion verwendeten Blutkonserven herab. Die Unterschiede sind statistisch signifikant.
