Abstract
Aortocoronary bypass was performed on a patient with Takasyasu's arteritis whose first symptom of the disease was angina pectoris. The seriousness of the coronary arterial involvement in Takayasu's arteritis and the effectiveness of aortocoronary bypass should be given due consideration.
